The Re-Storing campaign is part of ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) management carried out by Lotte Distribution Business Headquarters. Since last year, it has visited stores struggling with management difficulties due to the impact of COVID-19 to improve product displays, manage expiration dates proactively, replace old fixtures, and clean stores and display stands. Starting with 'Woori Mart' in Yeongdeungpo-gu in March, this activity has been carried out regularly once a month.

Although 'Sadang Sale Mart,' where the Re-Storing activity was conducted this time, is a store highly trusted by its customers, it faced difficulties in store operations due to the contraction of the surrounding commercial district caused by the COVID-19 impact. Employees of Lotte Distribution Business Headquarters Southern Branch arranged the displays considering the characteristics of each product and shopping flow so that customers could easily find products. The store owner said, "Through activities such as brightly organizing and cleaning the store, we were able to increase customer satisfaction when they visited the store."
