Signed a Business Agreement with Jeongrim Architecture Comprehensive Architects Office

[Asia Economy Reporter Kim Cheol-hyun] ADT Caps (CEO Park Jin-hyo) announced on the 21st that it has signed a business agreement with Jeonglim Architects & Associates (CEO Kim Ki-han) to actively cooperate in building design and management, as well as industrial safety prevention based on ICT technology.

Recently, as advanced technologies such as AI, big data, and robotics have been integrated into buildings, the demand for smart buildings covering the entire building lifecycle, industrial safety prevention, energy saving, and management is increasing. In line with this trend, the two companies have agreed to establish a mutual cooperation system and maximize synergy for joint development. In particular, they plan to actively introduce new ICT-based technologies into future building designs and promote the spread of smart building design based on converged security.

The two companies agreed to focus on technological cooperation and technology exchange for industrial safety prevention, considering the building lifecycle from design, construction, operation and management, to demolition. It is expected that the combination of the industrial safety management capabilities and know-how that both companies have built at construction sites and factories will create new synergy.

They will also strengthen the building management business sector. The goal is to maximize the business potential of building management based on ADT Caps’ converged security solutions and Jeonglim Architects’ design technology. In September, ADT Caps launched a differentiated strategy by starting the development of an eco-friendly converged security business based on AI, reflecting the market potential of building management.
