[Asia Economy Reporter Na Ye-eun] A man in his 50s was arrested by the police after driving several hundred meters with another person tied on top of his vehicle during an argument over parking.

The Ulsan Bukbu Police Station announced on the 20th that they are investigating Mr. A on charges of special injury.

Mr. A is accused of placing Mr. B on the hood of his car and driving several hundred meters on a road in Buk-gu, Ulsan, at 5:25 PM the previous day (19th), then dropping Mr. B off and fleeing the scene.

Police, who received a report from a witness, arrived at the scene and arrested Mr. A near the location about 40 minutes later.

Earlier that day (20th), Mr. A had a dispute with Mr. B, who was standing nearby, while parking his vehicle in an empty lot in Buk-gu, Ulsan. When Mr. A tried to leave, Mr. B reportedly climbed onto the car hood to block him.

Mr. B reportedly received medical treatment at a hospital.

Meanwhile, the police plan to investigate the exact circumstances by questioning witnesses and others involved.
