'Startup HR Conference' to be Held Starting on the 29th

[Asia Economy Reporter Kim Jong-hwa] How can recruitment concerns be resolved? The 'Startup HR Conference,' a guide for startups struggling to secure talent, is set to take place.


AI-based career platform company Wanted Lab Inc. announced on the 20th that it will hold the 'Startup HR Conference Wanted Con' on its career content platform 'Wanted+.' Co-hosted with Tipstown, which nurtures promising future startups, this conference will begin its first session at 1 PM on the 29th and will sequentially release a total of 25 sessions over seven weeks.


The conference will feature 18 experts, including CEOs and HR practitioners from leading domestic startups, as well as university professors. They will share vivid practical experiences on startup HR topics such as △HR system establishment and design △recruitment branding △organizational culture △evaluation and compensation. In addition to Wanted+ subscribers, anyone who pre-registers on the site by the 28th can watch all sessions for free.


The first session will include panelists Choi Kyung-hee, Partner at SoPoong Ventures; Kim Sung-joon, Adjunct Professor at Kookmin University Graduate School of Business; and Lee Soo-yeon, former HR Lead at GoWith, discussing the role and importance of HR in startups.


On November 5, the session titled 'HR from the CEO's Perspective' will be revealed, featuring Lee Sang-hee, CEO of Sendbird Korea; Lee Bok-gi, CEO of Wanted Lab; and Kang Seok-hoon, CEO of Ably. Lee Sang-hee will deliver a lecture on 'The Success Equation for Scaling Up Organizations Growing into Global Unicorns.' Attendees will gain insights into Sendbird's HR know-how, a global unicorn in the B2B software sector.


Lee Bok-gi will share stories from the company's growth journey under the theme 'HR that Moves People's Hearts,' introducing ways to enhance employee engagement. Kang Seok-hoon will discuss 'HR in Rapidly Growing Startups,' sharing methods to effectively communicate a company's vision and mission through organizational culture.


Starting November 12, the HR practical sessions will feature numerous current HR professionals as speakers, providing diverse insights.
