Changwon National University and Changnyeong County Sign Agreement to Operate Child Meal Management Support Center

[Asia Economy Yeongnam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Lee Sang-hyun] Changwon National University Industry-Academic Cooperation Foundation announced on the 18th that it has signed a 'Changnyeong-gun Children's Meal Management Support Center Consignment Agreement' with Changnyeong-gun, Gyeongnam.

Changwon National University renewed the consignment agreement with Changnyeong-gun after a comprehensive evaluation of the business plan and performance based on Changwon National University's credibility and financial capability, following the expiration of the previous consignment period of the Changnyeong Children's Meal Center.

Under this agreement, Changwon National University will support hygiene and nutrition management surveys, on-site guidance, and consulting for children's meal centers targeting daycare centers and kindergartens with fewer than 100 children from January 2022 to December 2026, a period of five years.

President Lee Ho-young said, "We will develop and provide specialized projects considering the regional characteristics of Changnyeong-gun and contribute to the harmony of local residents and balanced regional development."

Im Jeong-eun, head of the Changnyeong Children's Meal Center, stated, "Through systematic hygiene and nutrition management, we will ensure the safety of children's meals and contribute to improving the health of children in the district as well as their families and local residents."
