[Asia Economy Reporter Kim Heeyoon] AI education company Woongjin ThinkBig (CEO Lee Jaejin) announced on the 15th that it has signed a memorandum of understanding to provide SmartAll AI School Math free of charge through the online learning platform ‘Choroksaem’ in cooperation with the Rural Love Movement Headquarters.

SmartAll AI School Math is an AI-based math education platform developed by Woongjin ThinkBig to address learning loss caused by COVID-19. The AI provides problem-solving and error notes tailored to each student's achievement and level, enhancing learning outcomes.

‘Choroksaem’ is an online education platform serving approximately 150,000 students enrolled in elementary, middle, and high schools located in towns, townships, and villages with fewer than 100 students in total. It is sponsored by NongHyup Bank and operated by the Rural Love Movement Headquarters. Woongjin ThinkBig explained that since it is provided to rural students who face relatively poor learning conditions, it is expected to greatly help resolve the learning gap that has been polarized due to the prolonged COVID-19 pandemic.

Seo Younghee, Head of Learning Development at Woongjin ThinkBig, said, “We are pleased to provide rural students, whose educational conditions have relatively worsened due to COVID-19, with the opportunity to utilize AI education,” adding, “We hope that through SmartAll AI School Math, students will not lose interest in their studies and will be able to improve their skills.”
