Following this, Kim Ye-jin (22, Goyang City Hall), who was mentioned in the messages, posted a meaningful message.

On the 14th, Kim Ye-jin posted on her social media (SNS), "I clearly wanted to live quietly," along with a photo taken with Choi Min-jung (23, Seongnam City Hall) at the PyeongChang Olympics.

In the photo, Kim Ye-jin and Choi Min-jung are smiling brightly while making heart shapes with their hands. This appears to be an indirect expression of feelings regarding Shim Seok-hee and coach Jo Hang-min's behind-the-back gossip about herself, Choi Min-jung, and Kim A-rang (26, Goyang City Hall).

Previously, text messages between Shim Seok-hee and coach Jo Hang-min during the 2018 PyeongChang Winter Olympics, revealed by domestic media, contained disparaging remarks about their teammates. After the women's short track 3000m race, coach Jo Hang-min said to Shim Seok-hee, "Why does Kim A-rang get so much attention? She fell all by herself," to which Shim Seok-hee replied, "She's an idiot. She fell and properly tripped someone behind her."

Shim Seok-hee further criticized her teammates, saying, "I'm ashamed to have won the gold medal. Honestly, I wish it would be taken away. Whenever I see Kim A-rang, Kim Ye-jin, or Choi Min-jung."

Additionally, after the 3000m relay final where the gold medalists celebrated with their coach, Jo Hang-min messaged, "Director Kim Sun-tae is having a love affair with A-rang and Min-jung. Isn't that sexual harassment?" and "They're hugging. He's hugging two people and congratulating them, one on each side."

Shim Seok-hee responded, "LOL. Meanwhile, Kim A-rang and Choi Min-jung's acting was amazing. Choi Min-jung and Kim A-rang's acting made me want to vomit. Choi Min-jung is crazy. It gave me goosebumps."

After this content was made public, Choi Min-jung's management company, All That Sports, actively requested an investigation into Shim Seok-hee's intentional collision allegations. The Skating Union reportedly isolated Shim Seok-hee from the national team and formed an investigative committee to ascertain the facts of the incident.
