◆ Chosun Refractories = Announced that it has signed a sales supply and supply contract worth 50.8 billion KRW with POSCO for core Yangso eco refractories and other goods, and a sales supply contract worth 41.5 billion KRW for core Yangso ladle inflow materials.

◆ SK Telecom = Announced that it will dispose of treasury shares worth 158.3 billion KRW to provide stock bonuses.

◆ SC Engineering = Announced that it will proceed with a third-party allotment paid-in capital increase worth 5 billion KRW to raise operating funds.

◆ KC Green Holdings = Announced that it will provide a debt guarantee worth 12 billion KRW for the borrowings of its affiliate KC Cottrell.
