Lotte Construction '2021 Women Talent Leadership Forum' Non-face-to-face Video Lecture

Lotte Construction announced on the 12th that it held the '2021 Women Talent Leadership Forum' for female talents on the 7th through a non-face-to-face real-time video lecture.

The main theme of this forum, conducted to enhance the capabilities and organizational management skills of female talents working at Lotte Construction, was 'The Path Walked by Women Leaders.'

For the external guest lecture, Dr. Yoon Yeo-sun (former CEO of LG Art Center) gave a lecture on the topic of 'Women and Leadership.' For the affiliate female executive guest lecture, Executive Director Choi Jin-ah (Head of Global Sales Division at Lotte Confectionery) delivered a lecture titled 'Life as a Female Executive in Lotte Group.'

Lotte Construction has been continuing the Women Talent Forum for four years this year, starting with the 'W Leadership Program' in 2018.

A Lotte Construction official said, "This forum was a time to share the company's commitment to fostering female leaders and to raise the pride of female talents," adding, "We will continue to create a female-friendly corporate environment through various programs."
