[Asia Economy Reporter Yuri Kim] InterContinental Hotels worldwide is celebrating the 75th anniversary of the InterContinental brand by introducing the 'InterContinental75' cocktail and offering various promotions to those planning their travels.
The Grand InterContinental Seoul Parnas announced on the 12th that the 'InterContinental75' cocktail can be enjoyed at the hotel's signature space, the first-floor lobby lounge. This cocktail is a modern reinterpretation of the classic 'French 75' cocktail. It was created through a global partnership between Piper-Heidsieck Champagne, named the 'World's Best Champagne House' in 2021, and The Botanist Islay Dry Gin, handcrafted using botanicals harvested from the Isle of Islay.
Grand InterContinental Seoul Parnas and InterContinental Seoul COEX are running the 'Buy More, Save More' promotion until December 31st, offering IHG Rewards members, who can join for free, a 50% discount on the room rate for the second night when booking a two-night stay by December 19th.
Korean Air Skypass customers can earn 1,000 miles per stay through a partnership promotion, and Hertz members receive a 10% discount on rooms through a co-marketing campaign available at major IHG hotels in the Asia region. More details can be found on the official website.
Meanwhile, InterContinental Hotels & Resorts currently operates 206 hotels worldwide, including locations in Paris, France, and Da Nang, Vietnam, with over 70 new hotels expected to open within the next few years.
