Sejong to Hire Real Estate Official Price Experts... Increased Accuracy of Official Land Prices

[Asia Economy (Sejong) Reporter Jeong Il-woong] Sejong City announced on the 9th that it will recruit real estate public price experts, including appraisers, who will be responsible for investigating and calculating individual publicly announced land prices within the jurisdiction from the 18th to the 20th.

The recruitment of real estate public price experts is being promoted to enhance the accuracy and credibility of the land price calculation process, considering the rising individual publicly announced land prices in the Sejong area and the government's efforts to realize the actual public prices, which have increased citizens' interest in individual publicly announced land prices.

The position to be hired is a general fixed-term public official at administrative grade 6, with a working period of two years from the date of appointment. However, the period may be extended if the work performance is excellent.

The duties after recruitment include establishing investigation plans for individual publicly announced land prices, calculating land prices, and operating the Real Estate Price Public Announcement Committee.

Eligibility requirements are given to applicants aged 20 or older who meet one of the following: ▲more than 3 years of practical experience in the related field after obtaining a bachelor's degree ▲more than 5 years of practical experience in the related field ▲more than 2 years of practical experience in the related field among public officials of grade 7 or higher ▲holders of an appraiser license with more than 3 years of practical experience in the related field.
