Zico Becomes Major Shareholder of Samramidas

[Asia Economy Reporter Minwoo Lee] Zico announced on the 6th that the largest shareholder has changed to Samra Maidas through Goyo Zico Korea. Samra Maidas secured 72.06% (47.2 million shares) of Zico's shares. The company explained, "The change of the largest shareholder is due to a third-party allotment paid-in capital increase according to the rehabilitation plan."
