[Asia Economy Reporter Kim Cheolhyun] Artificial intelligence startup FortyTwoMaru (CEO Kim Donghwan) announced on the 5th the launch of 'SwingChat,' a conversational AI chatbot that can be created in one minute.

SwingChat is a service that allows users to immediately implement a pre-built AI chatbot on their operating site by simply selecting a welcome message, design, and chatbot type. The chatbot integrates chatbot chatting consultation, customer management, and marketing into a single tool, and handles simple and repetitive inquiries such as delivery tracking, returns/exchanges, payment confirmation, order changes/cancellations, and restock inquiries through an AI chatbot trained on business-required data.

Specialized consultations that are difficult for the chatbot to handle are automatically transferred to AI-based chat consultation messengers for human agents to manage. Additionally, a targeted marketing tool that sends personalized messages has been prepared to easily manage the accumulated customer information during this process.

The chatbot can also be expanded across various channels. It can provide chatbot chat consultation services to customers through most widely used messengers such as KakaoTalk, Instagram, Naver TalkTalk, Facebook, LINE, and web chat.

Another feature is natural conversation as if talking with a person. Customers do not need to press buttons one by one until they find the question they want; they can directly input their inquiries.
