Ssangyong Motor Launches Special Model 'Upbeat' for Tivoli Brand

Advanced Convenience and Safety Features Standardly Applied

[Asia Economy Reporter Yu Je-hoon] SsangYong Motor announced on the 5th that it has launched the special model 'Upbeat' of the compact sport utility vehicle (SUV) Tivoli. Upbeat is the top-tier model of the Tivoli brand, embodying the determination to continuously create a positive (Upbeat) impact and resonance (Beat) in the SUV market.

The Upbeat models of Tivoli and Tivoli Air are based on the main models V3 (A3 for Air) and have renewed their product appeal by applying the most popular premium convenience and safety features as standard. They come standard with a 9-inch HD smart mirroring package that allows simultaneous connection of AVN and cluster using Apple CarPlay, Android Auto, and Wi-Fi two-way full mirroring, enabling all content to be enjoyed in high definition, as well as a 10.25-inch full digital cluster.

Additionally, the comfort package (front ventilated seats, rear heated seats, driver's power seat, front parking assist warning), Hi-Pass and ECM room mirror, 18-inch diamond-cut wheels, full LED headlamps, and digital smart key are also applied as standard to maximize product appeal.

Furthermore, the Tivoli R-Plus Black and White models, which have upgraded styles, have been integrated into the R-Plus model, allowing customers to choose between the Black Package or White Package, reflecting customer preference trends through trim adjustments by model.

Korando has also been restructured from six trims to five trims focusing on customer-preferred features, launching the 2022 Korando. The most popular C5 model comes standard with driver/passenger safety power windows, while the C5 Plus model includes full LED headlamps, an 8-way power driver's seat, 4-way lumbar support, and front parking assist warning as standard features.

The selling prices for Tivoli are V1 (M/T) 16.59 million KRW, V1 (A/T) 18.53 million KRW, V3 21.11 million KRW, R-Plus 23.30 million KRW, and the top-tier Upbeat model at 24.56 million KRW. Tivoli Air prices are A1 19.08 million KRW, V3 22.41 million KRW, and Upbeat 25.86 million KRW. Korando prices are C3 22.53 million KRW, C5 23.99 million KRW, C5-Plus 26.53 million KRW, R-Plus 27.15 million KRW, and C7 29.03 million KRW.
