Orion Choco Pie House Launches Limited Edition 'Halloween Choco Pie'

[Asia Economy Reporter Seungjin Lee] Orion announced on the 5th that it will release a limited edition product, the 'Halloween Choco Pie,' from 'Choco Pie House' to celebrate the upcoming Halloween Day.

The Halloween Choco Pie is a limited edition available only during this year's Halloween period, representing the pumpkin flavor iconic to Halloween in a choco pie. The biscuit is made with pumpkin and coated with pumpkin chocolate, while the marshmallow filling is replaced with corn cream. The product's appearance features a color combination of pumpkin orange and purple marshmallow, the representative colors of Halloween.

Choco Pie House's dessert choco pies reinterpret the classic choco pie into a premium refrigerated dessert. They offer various products including carrot cake, tiramisu, and seasonal limited editions for summer and Christmas. Currently, they are sold nationwide in convenience store refrigerated sections, as well as at Choco Pie House stores such as Dogok Main Branch and Apgujeong Branch, and through e-commerce channels like Coupang, Market Kurly, and Hello Nature.

An Orion official stated, "This dessert was introduced with a Halloween concept in taste and design for the home-Halloween crowd who enjoy Halloween in the form of home parties," and added, "We recommend enjoying a special home party with the limited edition 'Halloween Choco Pie.'"
