From the 11th to the 29th, a 3-week online job fair will be held... Providing a 'one-stop hiring process' from company exploration to resume submission and video interviews
[Asia Economy Reporter Jongil Park] Seocho-gu (Mayor Eunhee Jo) will hold an online job fair from the 11th to connect job seekers and recruiting companies.
This fair will be conducted online (non-face-to-face) to minimize the risk of COVID-19, and participation is possible through a dedicated website for three weeks until the 29th.
All processes from resume submission to interviews will be conducted in a one-stop manner at this fair. Job seekers can explore various companies' job openings through the website, submit resumes, and conduct interviews with company HR managers via video calls, completing everything from application to interview in one place.
About 30 companies will participate in this fair to hire young and middle-aged job seekers.
Additionally, various side events such as ▲ AI interview consulting ▲ personal color consulting ▲ MBTI testing ▲ NCS (National Competency Standards) live lectures ▲ photo retouching services will be conducted through videos.
A district official expressed hope that this online job fair will revitalize the hiring market, which has been sluggish due to the prolonged COVID-19 pandemic.
For more details, inquiries can be made to the Seocho Job Plus Center.
Seocho-gu Mayor Eunhee Jo said, “I hope this fair will be an opportunity for job seekers who have been withdrawn to stretch out. I encourage many to participate so that job seekers can find good jobs and recruiting companies can find the talent they need in this online fair, creating a win-win situation.”
