[Asia Economy Reporter Na Ye-eun] A story about a man who shouts loudly every dawn and parks his car and motorcycle messily in an apartment complex has been posted online.
On the 29th, an online community, Bobae Dream, featured a post titled "There is a crazy person living in the apartment. Please help me give him a lesson."
The author, Mr. A, said, "My goal is not to defame but to cause inconvenience to the car owner, Mr. B, give him a lesson, and drive him out of the apartment." He added, "I thought many crazy people lived in the apartment, but I realized that the person doing this crazy behavior is a complete lunatic."
Mr. A explained about Mr. B, "Every dawn, he repeatedly shouts loudly holding a microphone, and when warned by the security guard, he shouts even louder and parks his vehicle messily."
He continued, "Mr. B claims, 'I don't come to the apartment often, so why should I pay parking fees?' even though his vehicle is not registered, and when a parking ticket is issued, he threatens the security guards saying, 'Will you take responsibility for this expensive car?'"
He added, "The management office knows he is crazy but just neglects the situation."
Mr. A raised his voice, saying, "For some unknown reason, he parks his motorcycle in front of the apartment entrance, blocking wheelchairs and strollers. Whenever I see it, I move it, and many residents have left notes, but nothing has improved." He continued, "He parks the motorcycle in a straight line but also parks it horizontally and diagonally, taking up spaces for three other motorcycles."
In the post, Mr. A shared several videos and photos. In the video he released, Mr. B’s singing can be heard inside the apartment complex at what is presumed to be dawn. Mr. A’s voice saying, "He just got a warning, can you believe that?" is also heard.
Also revealed was a photo of Mr. B’s Porsche occupying two parking spaces. Mr. A pointed out, "He always takes the last two spots. It’s parked like that, so there’s no point in taking pictures."
