Moon was brought to trial on charges of touching the body of a woman sitting next to him while dining with acquaintances at a restaurant in Gangnam-gu, Seoul, last June. It is reported that Moon strongly denies the charges.
The Women and Children Crime Investigation Division of the Seoul Central District Prosecutors' Office (Chief Prosecutor Kim Won-ho) indicted Moon without detention on charges of forcible molestation on the 25th of last month.
