Pasoo Supplies DRM Solution to Vietnam GreenFeed

[Asia Economy Reporter Hyungsoo Park] Fasoo announced on the 27th that it has supplied its document protection solution ‘Fasoo Enterprise DRM (FED)’ and screen protection solution ‘Fasoo Smart Screen (FSS)’ to GreenFeed, headquartered in Vietnam.

Following the United States, Fasoo is strengthening its influence in the Southeast Asian market by continuously supplying data protection solutions to major companies and government agencies in the region.

GreenFeed, one of the world’s top 100 feed companies, operates feed and food businesses based on a clean food chain spanning from feed to farms and food products. Headquartered in Vietnam, it operates nine state-of-the-art feed factories and livestock farms each in Vietnam, Cambodia, Laos, and Myanmar. GreenFeed had previously introduced other companies’ data security solutions, but DRM was not applied to files such as drawings (CAD) or Illustrator files, which contain the company’s concentrated intellectual property. Additionally, with the increase in telecommuting and remote work, the need to safely and conveniently manage sensitive critical data in various environments grew. GreenFeed strengthened its data security by adopting Fasoo’s DRM and screen protection solutions.

Fasoo’s FED, adopted by GreenFeed, automatically encrypts drawing and document files from the moment of creation. It tracks and manages detailed usage history related to document use. An offline policy can be applied, allowing encrypted documents to be used even when the internet is disconnected.

GreenFeed also introduced ‘FED-M,’ which provides important document protection, permission control, and usage history tracking functions in mobile device environments, ensuring safe document protection across various device environments. To further enhance data security, Fasoo’s screen protection solution FSS, which includes screen watermark technology and screen capture prevention features to prevent leakage of important information on the screen, was added.
