As of 10:13 AM on the 27th, Lightron's stock price recorded 62,000 KRW, up 10.71% compared to the previous trading day. As Lee continued his upward trend in the primary, Lim Bu-young, an outside director of Lightron, who graduated from Chung-Ang University Law School like Lee, has been highlighted, linking the company as a related stock.
On the previous day, Lee secured first place with 54.55% (22,276 votes) in the Jeonbuk regional delegate and party member vote held at Woosuk University Gymnasium in Wanju, Jeonbuk, overwhelmingly surpassing candidate Lee Nak-yeon, who received 38.48% (15,715 votes). In the counted Jeonbuk primary, Lee recorded a 54.55% vote share, ranking first. Although he lost first place to Lee Nak-yeon in the Gwangju-Jeonnam primary on the 25th, he maintained a majority with a cumulative vote share of 53.01%.
The Democratic Party will conduct touring primaries on July 1 in Jeju, July 2 in Busan, Ulsan, and Gyeongnam, and then announce the results of the second national electorate vote on July 3 in Incheon. Subsequently, on July 9, the touring primary in Gyeonggi Province and on the following day, July 10, the third electorate vote in Seoul will be combined; if no candidate secures a majority, a runoff vote will be held.
Meanwhile, Lim Bu-young, a lawyer at Gil Law Firm and an outside director of Lightron, graduated from Chung-Ang University Law School like Lee Jae-myung and passed the 43rd Judicial Examination.
