[Asia Economy Reporter Ki-min Lee] Hankook Tire & Technology announced on the 27th that it will accept applications for new employee recruitment until the 12th of next month.
This second half recruitment will focus on hiring new employees in positions such as Research & Development (R&D), production technology, management support, overseas and domestic sales, marketing, and supply chain management (SCM).
Eligibility requirements include graduates or expected graduates by February 2022 from a four-year regular university or higher who meet academic and language standards.
During the recruitment period, Hankook Tire plans to conduct various non-face-to-face activities to enhance applicants' understanding of the company and tire-related jobs.
In particular, this year, the recently highlighted IT technology metaverse will be applied to the job briefing session to continue communication with applicants. Within the metaverse space, detailed explanations and Q&A about the applied job will be conducted through direct communication with job mentors.
The recruitment process will proceed in the order of document screening, aptitude test (HKAT), first and second interviews. Successful candidates for each stage will be announced on the recruitment website.
