Market Kurly's courier delivery service targets areas where the Saetbyeol delivery service is not yet available. It delivers products packaged at Market Kurly's metropolitan area logistics center to customers, operating six days a week from Monday to Saturday, excluding Sundays and public holidays. If orders are placed by 10 PM, customers can receive their products the next day.
Currently, Market Kurly offers Saetbyeol delivery seven days a week in the metropolitan area, Chungcheong region, and Daegu. In the metropolitan and Chungcheong areas, orders placed by 11 PM are delivered to customers' doorsteps before 7 AM the next day, while in Daegu, orders placed before 8 PM are received by 8 AM the following day. Since the launch of Saetbyeol delivery in the Chungcheong region in May, order volume has approximately doubled compared to the initial period, and the Daegu Saetbyeol delivery service, opened in July, continues to show steady growth.
Market Kurly plans to gradually expand Saetbyeol delivery areas and order cutoff times. The company will extend Saetbyeol delivery services to southern regions such as Busan within this year, and in Daegu, it will improve delivery services by allowing courier delivery from 8 PM to 10 PM?two hours after the Saetbyeol delivery order cutoff?through operational and service enhancements scheduled for November.
