Legoland Korea Resort Holds 'Legoland Week' with LG Uplus

[Asia Economy Reporter Yuri Kim] Legoland Korea Resort announced on the 24th that it will hold 'LEGOLAND Week,' an event where visitors can experience Legoland in advance, at 'Ilsangbi Ilsangui Teum,' a complex cultural space in Gangnam-gu, Seoul, in collaboration with LG Uplus.

The exhibition, running from the 24th to the 30th, will showcase the 'park model' revealed at the business agreement ceremony with LG Uplus on the 8th, along with three large Lego models that will be displayed at Legoland, and the popular ride 'Driving School.'

'Driving School' is a popular ride designed for children curious about driving, educating them on proper driving habits and issuing a Legoland driver's license to customers who complete the course while following all the rules.

At this exhibition, the operation method of Driving School will be replicated, providing information on vehicle operation and safety precautions, allowing customers to experience it firsthand. Customers who complete the experience and post verification with the required hashtags on their SNS accounts can also receive prizes on a first-come, first-served basis.

Additionally, visitors will have opportunities to take commemorative photos with large-scale Lego models and assemble Lego bricks themselves. Information about LEGOLAND Week can be found through the Ilsangbi Ilsangui Teum application (app) or Instagram channel.

Kim Youngpil, President of Legoland Korea Resort, said, "We are pleased that the two companies could collaborate again to hold this exhibition following the recent agreement ceremony," adding, "We look forward to introducing Legoland to customers in advance ahead of next year's opening."

Meanwhile, Legoland Korea Resort is scheduled to open next year on Jungdo Island in Chuncheon-si, Gangwon Province.
