Mediana Decides on Free Capital Increase

The par value per share is 500 KRW, and the record date for the new shares is next month on the 12th. The number of new shares allocated per existing share is 0.8537501 shares, and the dividend base date for the new shares is January 1 of next year. The total number of shares issued before the capital increase is 8,650,496 shares, and the new shares are scheduled to be listed on November 1.
