‘Dobong-gu Medical Association’ Dobong-gu Chuseok Neighbor Helping Donation Delivery

[Asia Economy Reporter Jongil Park] Dobong-gu (Mayor Dongjin Lee) held the 'Dobong-gu Medical Association Donation Ceremony' on the 16th to support vulnerable groups for Chuseok.

The 'Dobong-gu Medical Association' extended a warm hand once again following their donation of 3 million won for COVID-19 neighbor aid in May this year. At this ceremony, Kim Seong-wook, president of the Dobong-gu Medical Association, and Seo Young-ye, vice president, attended and donated 3.82 million won.

Kim Seong-wook, president of the Dobong-gu Medical Association, expressed, "Although it is a small token, I hope the donation will be well delivered to neighbors struggling in the community and help them have a warm Chuseok holiday."

Dobong-gu Mayor Dongjin Lee responded, "During this time when medical staff's help is desperately needed due to COVID-19, we are grateful not only for your participation in medical volunteer work such as specimen testing and vaccination pre-screening but also for your donation to support neighbors. I do not know how to express my gratitude enough. The donated funds will be properly delivered to those in need."
