[Asia Economy Reporter Na Ye-eun] On the 16th, a woman in her 20s, Lee Mo, fell to her death from an apartment in Yangju-si, Gyeonggi Province. Her mother claimed it was "because of a coworker."

On the 17th, a post titled "Our government official's daughter committed suicide" was uploaded on the online community 'Bobae Dream.' The author of the post stated, "While my deceased daughter was working at Doducheon City Hall, a coworker's bag was damaged, and the coworker accused my daughter of being the culprit." The author also shared a screenshot of coworker B's Instagram post targeting Lee.

Lee's coworker B wrote on Instagram, "I try not to think about it, but it keeps swirling in my head, driving me crazy," adding, "I have to think I was bitten by some crazy person and move on, but the actions afterward make people even more insane and wronged."

She continued, "You might not realize it yourself, but everyone knows it's you," and "Everyone knows what you did, that you're a psychopath, and that you're creepy." This post has since been deleted.

The author claimed, "B accused our daughter of being the culprit based solely on circumstances without any evidence, and the team members did the same," adding, "My daughter was unfairly summoned to the police station for questioning." She further said, "Unable to endure the pressure and the cold stares from her team members, she jumped from home."

The author also revealed KakaoTalk conversations between Lee and her younger sibling, stating, "My daughter kept telling her younger sibling how unfair it was."

When the sibling asked, "Did you do it, sister?" Lee replied, "Why would I do that?", "It's ridiculous," and "I was called to the investigation team and felt like a criminal." She also said, "I was alone in the office, so why would I open and close the door? Who would be conscious of that?" and "My hands are shaking."

The author appealed, "Yesterday, while at work, I received a call from the police that my daughter had died," and asked, "Please tell me how to clear my daughter's name."

Meanwhile, Lee fell from the 15th floor of an apartment complex in Yangju-si, Gyeonggi Province, around 7 a.m. on the 16th. The 119 emergency responders transported her to a nearby hospital after a resident's report, but she ultimately passed away. It is reported that CCTV captured Lee going up to the 15th floor of the apartment shortly before the accident.
