STX Heavy Industries Sells Part of Daegu Factory Land and Buildings to Goryeo Electric Wire

[Asia Economy Reporter Han Jinju] STX Heavy Industries announced on the 14th that it will transfer the land and buildings of the Daegu Plant C Site (Hosandong 357-120, 357-121) to Koryo Cable for 31.3 billion KRW (actual sale amount 28.4 billion KRW). The transfer amount is approximately 6.69% of the total assets.

STX Heavy Industries stated, "The transfer of land and buildings is to improve the financial structure through asset sales, and the sale of non-operating assets will not affect production activities."
