DYPNF Relocates Research Headquarters to Magok... Full-Scale Strengthening of R&D Capabilities Provided by DYPNF

[Asia Economy Reporter Minwoo Lee] Powder conveying system specialist DYPNF has established a research headquarters in the Magok area of Gangseo-gu, Seoul, and decided to strengthen its research and development capabilities in earnest.

DYPNF announced on the 14th that it held a completion ceremony for the new Magok headquarters on the 13th. The Magok new headquarters is a 10-story building above ground and 2 stories underground. It is the first building directly constructed by the company since its founding, featuring state-of-the-art research facilities and an optimal working environment.

The company stated, "With the construction of the Magok research headquarters, we have significantly expanded the scale and equipment of advanced research facilities," adding, "Through this, we plan to maximize the company's research and development capabilities to a global level, focusing especially on strengthening new growth engines such as the environmental industry and secondary batteries."

Previously, DYPNF announced an investment plan worth 23 billion KRW in July last year for the establishment of research facilities and a new headquarters, as well as a plan to relocate its head office in September.

The completion ceremony was attended by DYPNF Chairman Jo Jwa-jin, President Shin Seung-dae, President Nam Seung-hyun, and executives and employees of affiliated companies. Considering the COVID-19 situation, the number of attendees was minimized and quarantine rules were strictly followed during the event.

In his commemorative speech, Chairman Jo said, "The completion of the Magok research headquarters marks a significant milestone in the company's growth and development," adding, "It is a foundation for further leaps forward without resting on past achievements."
