[Asia Economy Reporter Tae-min Ryu] Heunghwa announced on the 7th that it plans to launch sales of ‘Anseong Ayang Heunghwa Hab’ at the end of September in the Anseong Ayang Residential Development District, Anseong-si, Gyeonggi-do.


The complex, located at Anseong Ayang Residential Development District B-5BL (417, Ayang-dong, Anseong-si), consists of 4 buildings ranging from basement level 1 to 25 floors above ground, with a total of 474 households, all with a single unit size of 84㎡ (exclusive area: 84A1, 84A2, 84A3, 84B1, 84B2, 84C, 84D).


This complex stands out for its floor plan and space design. The 84㎡ type incorporates an innovative layout. It features a three-sided open design, 4Bay layout, pantry, and variable walls (applied to some units), and each household is provided with a storage room free of charge.


To block viruses and fine dust, it introduces a one-stop clean room that integrates the entrance, pantry, and laundry room, a master bedroom specialized design (applied to some units), and a ceiling height of 2.4 meters. ‘Hanssem’ will be responsible for construction to complete the residential space.


Additionally, the community includes office spaces for telecommuting, a community caf?, golf practice range, fitness center, and GX room. Cutting-edge smart systems such as a one-pass system, home IoT, security gates, energy-saving systems, and electric vehicle charging facilities are installed to provide a safe and comfortable living environment. A safe underground parking environment with a height of 2.7 meters, allowing easy passage for delivery vehicles, will also be created.


The Ayang district where the complex is located is adjacent to the existing old downtown area. It is accessible via Nam Anseong IC to the Pyeongtaek-Jecheon Expressway, and the Gyeongbu Expressway is also nearby, making access to major nearby cities convenient. The Seoul-Sejong Expressway is under construction with a target completion in 2024.


The Pyeongtaek-Bubal line, connecting Pyeongtaek, Anseong, and Icheon Bubal, is expected to reduce travel time to about 1 hour and 20 minutes from Pyeongtaek to Gangneung. This will not only improve transportation links between the West and East coasts but also contribute to revitalizing Anseong’s regional economy.


Once the Dongtan-Cheongju Airport line is established, access to Dongtan New City, where the Metropolitan Area Express Railway (GTX)-A line passes, will become more convenient. This line connects Dongtan Station, Anseong-si, Jincheon-gun, and Cheongju International Airport, linking the metropolitan area with the central inland region. Upon completion, it will enable transportation connections between the West and East coasts as well as connections with KTX and other metropolitan railways.


The model house will be set up in Anseong-si, Gyeonggi-do. However, to prevent the spread of COVID-19, a cyber model house will be operated, and advance visit reservations can be made through the website.
