According to health authorities, on the morning of the 30th, a man in his 50s, Mr. A, received his second Pfizer vaccine dose at a hospital in Buk-gu, Pohang.

Mr. A showed abnormal symptoms in the evening and was transferred to a general hospital but ultimately passed away.

It is known that Mr. A had underlying conditions, including regularly undergoing kidney dialysis.

Health authorities are investigating the causal relationship between the vaccination and the death.
