◆M2N= M2N will conduct a rights offering for existing shareholders from the 2nd to the 3rd of next month, followed by a public subscription from the 7th to the 8th.
The finalized issue price is scheduled to be announced on the 31st. The currently determined issue price is 15,500 KRW, with plans to raise a total of 128.7 billion KRW.
M2N will use 20 billion KRW as investment funds for acquiring ShillaJen. Additionally, 39.3 billion KRW will be allocated as operating funds for domestic new drug and medical-related project investments in the bio business. Along with this, 61.2 billion KRW will be used for debt repayment, and 6 billion KRW will be invested as facility funds for the maintenance of the Yeosu plant that manufactures steel drums.
M2N was established in 1978 under the name DKDNI. The company engaged in the manufacturing and sales of steel drums and various steel products before entering the KOSDAQ market in 1997. Last year, it changed its name to M2N and entered the bio business.

Of the funds raised, Dragonfly plans to use 4.4 billion KRW to acquire shares of the unlisted company Rinofec. Among the 27.4 billion KRW allocated for operating funds, 14.1 billion KRW will be invested in game content development, and 3.5 billion KRW will be used for new game launches and marketing expenses. Additionally, 2.5 billion KRW will be utilized to expand overseas markets, and 7.3 billion KRW will be used for entering new businesses. Furthermore, 2.1 billion KRW will be invested as facility funds, with 1.4 billion KRW for upgrading game development and operation facilities, and 700 million KRW for new business ventures.
