Oasis Market launched the subscription economy platform 'SubscriptionRun' on the 4th and created a dedicated regular delivery section for small business owners, offering curated packages and single products. The purpose is not only to provide simple sales channels by matching small business owners with consumers but also to enable them to experience the subscription economy business, which is at the center of recent distribution trends, thereby securing stable sales and enhancing the competitiveness of small business owners themselves.
SubscriptionRun offers 10 curated packages and about 180 single products organized by major needs, including ▲Filial Piety Health Food Package ▲Office Worker Convenience Package ▲Diet Meal Package ▲Side Dish Package ▲Korean Beef Package ▲Jeju Pork Package ▲Baby Food & Snack Package ▲Convenient Late-Night Snack Package ▲Vegetable Package ▲Home Meal Package.
The Filial Piety Health Food Package is composed to allow customized regular gifts for parents, including ginseng eel soup, sikhye (sweet rice drink), Korean beef knee soup, pumpkin porridge, mung bean samgyetang (ginseng chicken soup), loach soup, and abalone porridge. The Office Worker Convenience Package includes meat dumplings, perilla seed sujebi (hand-pulled dough soup), pork sausage, lunchbox seaweed, organic rice, handmade yogurt, free-range animal welfare eggs, antibiotic-free chicken steamed with boneless meat, and antibiotic-free Korean pork loin black vinegar sweet and sour pork, prepared for busy working families who tend to miss out on nutrition.
When choosing regular payment for small business owner products, a 20% discount coupon is provided for package products and a 10% discount coupon for single products. Packages are usually offered at 30,000 to 50,000 KRW, which is 17-31% cheaper than the regular price, and by applying an additional 20% discount coupon for regular delivery packages, customers can receive up to a 47% discount. The SubscriptionRun regular delivery cycle can be selected from ▲once a week ▲once every two weeks ▲once a month.
Junhyung Ahn, CEO of Oasis Market, said, "We launched customized package products for consumers who find it difficult to choose products every time for the first time," and emphasized, "In particular, the subscription economy business, unlike one-time sales, involves planned quantities being sold continuously, so it will be a great help to small business owners who have been severely affected by COVID-19 recently."
