On the 18th, Gangwon Province announced, "The eco-friendly electric vehicle 'Potro' completed all vehicle certification procedures in compliance with automobile-related regulations last year and has been in full-scale mass production since October of last year."

Currently, it is being supplied as an eco-friendly logistics delivery vehicle to Lotte Super, Nonghyup Hanaro Mart, and others, and is also being sold to distribution and logistics companies, courier and delivery companies, as well as the general public.

The province plans to secure a stable sales channel by linking the registration of the 'Potro' vehicle, the first model of the Gangwon-type job project, with the Public Procurement Service's Nara Marketplace, aiming to dominate the micro cargo electric vehicle market.

To this end, it plans to conduct 'B2G' marketing activities targeting the government, other cities and provinces, and affiliated and funded institutions.

Additionally, in the second half of this year, promotional events will be held for sales purposes such as replacing small tractors for rural work, small-scale short-distance delivery, small cargo transport for marts, and welfare service delivery.
