Dongmoon Construction announced on the 17th that it has selected actor Lee Je-hoon as the advertising model for its apartment brand.
Lee Je-hoon, who debuted in 2007 with the film 'Night and Day,' has appeared in movies such as 'The Front Line' and 'The Watcher,' winning rookie awards at various film festivals. He has also starred in films like 'Architecture 101,' 'Paparo-ti,' 'Anarchist from Colony,' and dramas such as 'Signal' and 'Taxi Driver.'
Recently, through Watcha's first original online streaming series 'Unframed,' Lee Je-hoon directed a screenplay he personally wrote, marking his debut as a director.
A representative from Dongmoon Construction explained the reason for selecting him, saying, "Due to restrictions on face-to-face contact caused by COVID-19, we chose actor Lee Je-hoon, who has a gentle appearance and excellent acting skills, for effective promotion through videos and various media." They added, "His smart image, trustworthiness, and challenging spirit that shows a new side in every work align well with Dongmoon Construction's image."
Lee will also serve as the advertising model for new projects such as 'Paju Munsan Station Dongmoon The East' and 'Pyeongtaek Jije Station Dongmoon Good Morning Hill Mom City Phase 3' apartments, scheduled for sale in September in Gyeonggi Province.
Paju Munsan Station Dongmoon The East consists of 1,503 units with exclusive areas ranging from 59 to 84㎡. Munsan is a non-regulated area where loans and subscription are relatively free, attracting high interest. The opening of the Seoul-Munsan Expressway at the end of last year improved access to Seoul, and indirect benefits from GTX-A (Great Train Express-A) are expected. The GTX-A line, which began construction in 2018, connects 80 km from Unjeong Station to Seoul Station, Samsung Station, and Dongtan Station, and is planned to open by the end of 2023.
The Pyeongtaek Jije Station Dongmoon Good Morning Hill Mom City Phase 3 in the Sinchon district of Pyeongtaek, with 741 units of 84㎡ exclusive area, is the final sale of the Sinchon district brand town where Dongmoon Construction is developing 4,678 units across five blocks. Phases 1, 2, and 4, totaling 2,803 units, were occupied in August 2019, and Phase 3, with 1,134 units, is scheduled for occupancy starting August 26 this year. The central commercial facility 'Mom's Square' has already been established, and Pyeongtaek Saebit Elementary School is located in the center of the Sinchon district. Jije Station, served by Subway Line 1 and SRT, is also accessible.
Founded in 1984, Dongmoon Construction has continuously grown by supplying 'Dongmoon Good Morning Hill' apartments mainly in the Seoul metropolitan area, including Paju and Goyang cities in Gyeonggi Province. Recently, it has been gaining prominence by increasing various project orders not only in the metropolitan area but also in metropolitan cities and small to medium-sized local cities. In early August this year, keeping pace with rapidly changing residential trends, Dongmoon Construction introduced the premium brand 'Dongmoon The East (THE EST)' to establish its position as a nationwide apartment brand, marking the company's 'second leap.'
