Ulsan Office of Education Dream Growth Mentor Group Career and Job Experience Activities
Providing Future Planning Opportunities for Students at Risk of School Maladjustment and Academic Dropout
[Asia Economy Yeongnam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Hong Jeonghwan] The Ulsan Metropolitan Office of Education Dream Growth Mentor Group conducted a 'Career and Job Experience Activity' on the 14th at the Ulsan Village Education Community Hub Center.
This experience activity was organized to help students at risk of school dropout, school maladjustment, and academic discontinuation to explore their talents and aptitudes and to form a healthy self-image.
Thirty elementary, middle, and high school students who participated in the activity experienced life skills such as pottery, cooking, and woodworking, rediscovered their own value, and interacted with mentors including university students and learning coaching experts to think about their future direction.
An education office official said, "We hope this activity will be a good opportunity for students to explore their interests and aptitudes and to boost their confidence."
