Dabollink to List on KOSDAQ on 13th... Merger with Yuanta No.6 SPAC

[Asia Economy Reporter Kang Nahum] The Korea Exchange announced on the 12th that Dabolink will merge with Yuanta No.6 SPAC and be listed on the KOSDAQ market.

The listing date is the 13th.

Established in 2000, Dabolink is a telecommunications equipment manufacturer specializing in the production of high-speed wired communication terminals and software development. Last year, its sales amounted to 63.5 billion KRW, with an operating profit of 5.5 billion KRW.

The closing price of Yuanta No.6 SPAC on the day before the listing date (the 12th) was 3,875 KRW.
