[Asia Economy Reporter Eunmo Koo] KT announced on the 10th that it will collaborate with The White Communication (TWC) to develop a solution that supports efficient customer management for online market sellers.
TWC is a startup that developed the AI integrated consultation service 'Cloudgate' and is growing with advanced technology such as enhancing its Software as a Service (SaaS). Since its establishment in 2016, it has secured a cumulative investment of 40 billion KRW.
Through this collaboration, the two companies will apply KT's call center system, including voice AI technology and call center interworking equipment (CTI), to TWC's Cloudgate. Additionally, KT's enterprise internet phone service will also be linked with Cloudgate.
This will enable online market sellers who find it difficult to operate their own call centers to conveniently manage customers without owning separate equipment or personnel.
When customer inquiries come in through various channels such as chat, email, and KakaoTalk, sellers can consult with customers through Cloudgate. In particular, consultation histories can be managed all at once within this system regardless of the channel through which the customer inquired.
Yoo Chang-gyu, Head of KT Gangbuk-Gangwon Corporate Customer Division (Executive Director), stated, “We expect great synergy through the customer management solution partnership with TWC,” and added, “We will maximize technology and business cooperation combining the strengths of both companies to repay customers with high-quality services.”
