[Asia Economy Reporter Kim Jong-hwa] Kiturami Co., Ltd. announced the launch of the Ministry of Environment eco-friendly certified condensing boiler 'Geokkuro ECO Condensing L10,' which achieves high efficiency, eco-friendliness, and compactness.
The Geokkuro ECO Condensing L10 gas boiler applies an integrated heat exchanger that combines the primary and secondary heat exchangers into one, unlike conventional condensing boilers that use two heat exchangers to increase thermal efficiency. This achieves a thermal efficiency of over 92% while reducing the product volume by up to 24% compared to previous models.
The new heat exchanger uses premium stainless steel material and is completed with nickel brazing technology used in the aerospace industry, providing excellent durability and hot water quality. Equipped with the newly developed 'Ultra Low NOx Burner,' it also offers superior fine dust reduction performance and heat control capabilities.
The nitrogen oxide (NOx) emission concentration of the Geokkuro ECO Condensing L10 model is at a level of 8-12 ppm, much lower than the Ministry of Environment certification standard of 20 ppm. The flame control ability is more than twice as good as previous models, supplying a consistent temperature of hot water without temperature fluctuations, whether using a large or small amount of hot water.
Heating quality is also excellent. The 'Bypass Heating System,' which controls the circulation of heating water to supply hot water evenly to all heating pipes in the house, is applied as a standard feature, making the entire floor warm regardless of the pipe structure in any home.
Kiturami Boiler's unique dual safety system, consisting of a gas leak detector and an earthquake sensor, ensures safe use without worries about safety accidents caused by earthquakes or internal gas leaks in the boiler.
By adding an optional Internet of Things (IoT) indoor thermostat, users can access various IoT services provided by Kiturami. They can check or control the boiler's operating status in real-time via a smartphone and operate various functions of the Kiturami boiler by linking with an AI voice recognition speaker.
Last year, Kiturami recorded a high market share of 36% in the Ministry of Environment's eco-friendly boiler distribution project, and this year, it is expected to achieve a market share of around 39%.
A Kiturami official expressed, "This new product achieves both high performance and compactness, enhancing indoor space utilization for consumers and convenience in transportation, storage, and installation for installers, so it is expected to gain great popularity."
