On the 8th (Korean time), Fenerbah?e announced through its official social media accounts, "We have started transfer negotiations with Kim Min-jae, who plays for Beijing Guoan," adding, "Kim Min-jae will arrive in Istanbul on the 8th to continue negotiations and undergo a medical test."

So far, Portugal's FC Porto, Italy's Juventus, and Turkey's Galatasaray have shown interest in acquiring Kim Min-jae. However, with Fenerbah?e officially announcing transfer negotiations with Kim Min-jae, the final destination is highly likely to be Fenerbah?e.

Turkish media also reported on Fenerbah?e's attempt to sign Kim Min-jae, citing the club's announcement. The Turkish daily 'Akit' introduced Kim Min-jae's career, stating, "Fenerbah?e is accelerating its transfer activities ahead of the new season."
