Geochang-gun, Vaccine Reservations Start from the 9th

[Asia Economy Yeongnam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Choi Soon-kyung] Geochang-gun, Gyeongnam announced on the 6th that it will implement a 10-day advance reservation system for COVID-19 vaccinations for the 18-49 age group from the 9th to the 18th, according to the 'COVID-19 Vaccination Implementation Plan.'

The eligible reservation targets are designated based on the last digit of the resident registration number's birthdate, and those eligible for reservation on each date can make reservations from 8 PM on the designated day until 6 PM the following day.

Additionally, after the 10-day reservation system, from 8 PM on the 19th to 6 PM on the 20th, reservations can be made by dividing the age groups into two groups, one day each, and from 8 PM on the 21st to 6 PM on September 18th, reservations and changes can be made regardless of age.

Advance reservations can be made through the vaccination website, public health centers, and local call centers, and individuals can choose their preferred vaccination center or entrusted medical institution. There are 19 entrusted medical institutions in the jurisdiction, which can be confirmed on the Geochang-gun Office website.

Governor Goo In-mo stated, “The schedule may change depending on the vaccine supply situation, and any changes will be promptly communicated to prevent inconvenience and confusion during vaccination,” and urged, “Please make your COVID-19 vaccination advance reservation according to your scheduled date and receive the vaccination.”

Meanwhile, reservations for unvaccinated individuals aged 60-74 who could not make reservations due to health reasons are also being accepted until 6 PM on the 18th, and vaccinations will be conducted at entrusted medical institutions and public health centers until the 25th.
