Naepo New Town Easy The One Phase 3 consists of 15 buildings ranging from 2 basement floors to 26 above-ground floors, with a total of 954 households of exclusive areas 73㎡ and 84㎡. Together with the previously sold Phase 1 and Phase 2, a brand town of a total of 2,663 households will be formed.
The complex includes elementary, middle, and high schools such as Boseong Elementary School, Deoksan Middle and High School. It is also adjacent to a large Hanaro Mart, the planned Chungnam Sports Center, and the central commercial district. Nearby, there are Hongye Park and Mokri Stream Waterfront Park.
