PI Advanced Materials to Transfer Listing to KOSPI Market on the 9th

[Asia Economy Reporter Lee Seon-ae] The Korea Exchange announced on the 5th that PI Advanced Materials (PI Cheomdan Sojae) will be listed on the KOSPI market on the 9th.

PI Cheomdan Sojae, established in 2008, is a manufacturer of polyimide (PI) films. It was listed on the KOSDAQ market in 2014 and is now transferring its listing to the KOSPI market. It will list 29,366,322 common shares. Last year, it achieved sales of 261.8 billion KRW and a net profit of 41.7 billion KRW.
