[Asia Economy Reporter Kim Jonghwa] Bucketplace Co., Ltd., the operator of the all-in-one lifestyle platform 'Oneul-ui Jip' (Today’s House), announced that its interior construction business sector has surpassed 20 billion KRW in monthly transaction volume.
Oneul-ui Jip’s interior construction service achieved a monthly transaction volume of 10 billion KRW just 1 year and 4 months after its launch last year, and then surpassed 20 billion KRW in monthly transaction volume within 9 months. This represents a growth of over 100% compared to the same period last year. The cumulative transaction volume has also reached 200 billion KRW, showing rapid growth.
Oneul-ui Jip analyzed that the increased contract conversion rate was the driving force behind this growth. The contract conversion rate?from consultations related to Oneul-ui Jip’s interior construction service to finalized contracts?has more than doubled compared to before, leading to the impressive milestone of 20 billion KRW in monthly transaction volume for the construction service.
Oneul-ui Jip identified customer needs during the interior construction service process and provided optimized services accordingly. Before matching, they verified business status such as whether the business was active or closed, qualifications and licenses, and construction history. Based on past matching records, they connected the most suitable customers with companies, which is evaluated to have increased customer satisfaction.
Lee Seungjae, CEO of Bucketplace, stated, "We plan to continue expanding Oneul-ui Jip’s interior construction business sector to satisfy all customers with diverse needs, so we ask for your continued interest."
