[Asia Economy Reporter Yuri Kim] 11st announced on the 5th that it will collaborate with the food and dining industry to conduct live broadcasts featuring new popular foods among the MZ generation, such as Rose Buldak and Balsamic Chicken.
At 8 PM on the 5th, an exclusive online mall launch live broadcast of Samyang Foods' new product, "Rose Buldak 2 types," will be held through "LIVE11." This is the first release outside of Samyang's own mall (Samyang Mat Shop) of the two recently launched convenient Rose Buldak meals, "Rose Buldak Tteokbokki" and "Rose Buldak Flat Noodles." Instead of traditional rose sauce, these products use a "K-Rose Sauce" made with Buldak, chili, and cream tailored to Korean tastes.
To commemorate the live broadcast launch, 11st will offer a 29% discount during the broadcast. Limited edition Rose Buldak goods will be given away, and customers who purchase during the live broadcast can enter a drawing for an Apple Watch and Shinsegae mobile gift certificates.
At 8 PM on the 9th, a live broadcast titled "Lotteria Store Takeover" will introduce recently renewed products from Lotteria. The renewed new products "Bulgogi Burger Set" and "Hanwoo Bulgogi Set," reborn with 50% more lettuce and 25% and 28% more patties respectively at the same price as before, will be introduced and sold at about a 20% discount during the live broadcast. Benefits such as Lotteria mobile gift certificate giveaways and limited quantity discounts on Sundae ice cream will also be provided. On this day’s broadcast, Bae Yong-gil from the popular YouTube channel Pisik University’s segment "Hansarang Mountain Club" will appear to "raid" Lotteria stores.
There will also be unique food reviews. At 9 PM on the 11th, a live broadcast titled "All the Flavors of Kyochon" will be held with Kyochon Chicken, introducing Kyochon’s new product "Balsamic Chicken," which is popular among mukbang YouTubers, along with Kyochon’s popular products. During the broadcast, up to 25% discounts, 100-won deals, and quiz prize events will be offered.
11st has previously showcased live broadcasts introducing new menus in collaboration with the food and dining industry multiple times. The "Baskin Robbins Flavor of the Month Takeover Live Broadcast" held in June attracted 315,000 viewers, and the "Angel-in-us New Product Buldak Banh Mi Takeover Live Broadcast" held in July was watched by over 300,000 viewers enjoying the new menu mukbang.
