[Asia Economy Reporter Yuri Kim] Paradise Hotel Busan announced on the 4th that it will hold the 'Summer Untact Gourmet Festa,' allowing guests to safely enjoy hotel food in their rooms.
The hotel explained that this promotion was prepared to allow guests to safely experience the chef's cuisine while adhering to social distancing guidelines. Premium salads, course meals, breakfast, and unique menus tailored for the MZ generation are provided as contactless (untact) services to be enjoyed in rooms or at home.
The 'Salad To-Go Box 9 Types,' which is based on appetizers from Paradise Hotel Busan's signature restaurants, contains toppings and dressings that highlight the characteristics of Western, Japanese, and Chinese chefs' recipes. Guests can customize their selection from nine salads designed with taste and nutrition in mind. Prices range from 12,000 KRW to 15,000 KRW.
At 'On The Plate,' the hotel offers the 'Summer Set To-Go Box,' which enhances value for money with premium ingredients. Starting with two types of high-end salads found in fine dining restaurants, the box includes hotel-style grilled dishes, southern-style Chinese cuisine, summer fruits, and various desserts as part of the hotel course meal. The price is 78,000 KRW for 2 to 3 people.
In collaboration with the popular culture platform brand among the MZ generation, 'Fickle Pickle,' the hotel is also running the 'Summer Food To-Go' promotion. The menu includes three items: 'Beef & Seafood Taco Platter,' 'Buffalo Wings & French Fries,' and 'Shrimp Avocado Sandwich.' Room guests can enjoy a 20% discount, while visitors receive a 10% discount.
The hotel also launched the 'Summer Morning Family Meal Box' package, allowing the whole family to safely and leisurely enjoy breakfast in their rooms. It includes 13 carefully selected dishes by hotel chefs, such as fried rice, bulgogi, beef steak, omelet, and mozzarella caprese, all delivered via room service in a dedicated insulated bag.
