Through the webinars, KCC covers all construction materials produced by the company, including ▲gypsum board ▲ceiling materials ▲thermal insulation materials ▲windows and doors. In addition to introducing each product's types and features, comprehensive information such as design proposals, construction methods, and quality control is offered to client companies. Furthermore, customers can choose from various topics, including the design trend seminars held annually by the KCC Color & Design Center.
Webinar applications can be made on the KCC website. By specifically selecting the purpose of attendance, company classification, and desired content, participants can join customized webinars. Once the application is received, a specialized manager for each product is assigned within a week to discuss detailed schedules and procedures.
A KCC representative stated, "Although face-to-face communication was limited due to COVID-19, we were able to conduct in-depth seminars with customers through digital communication," adding, "We will continue to deliver valuable information to customers with KCC's excellent capabilities and expertise while strengthening sales support."
