Shinhan Card Launches 'Environment Edition' of Fresh Hangul Slogan Contest... Submissions Accepted Until the 15th

[Asia Economy Reporter Ki Ha-young] Shinhan Card announced on the 3rd that it will hold the 'Chamshin Hangul Board' slogan contest themed on the environment until the 15th.

Chamshin Hangul Board is a slogan board installed on the outer wall of Blue Square Shinhan Card Hall by Shinhan Card to share messages of support and inspiration with citizens. Following the first contest held in May to select slogans to be posted on the board, this is the second time the contest is being held.

This contest is held under the theme of supporting 'Jigureok,' meaning 'the power to create a healthy and clean Earth,' in line with Shinhan Financial Group's ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) management.

Any member of the Shinhan Card website can submit up to three entries, including original phrases or recommended phrases from poems and essays. Entries can be submitted from August 2 to 15 via the Shinhan Card website and the Shinhan Payfan application event page.

Shinhan Card will award the grand prize winner with a Shinhan Gift Card worth 1,000,000 KRW. (If the phrase is not original, a 500,000 KRW gift card will be given.) Two winners of the Excellence Award and two winners of the Merit Award will receive Shinhan Gift Cards worth 300,000 KRW and 200,000 KRW respectively. Additionally, 20 participants will be randomly selected to receive Starbucks coffee gifticons. The contest results will be announced at the end of August.

Since the contest is themed on the environment, to practice environmental protection and resource recycling, five winners will be given recycling baskets made from the Chamshin Hangul Board spring edition banners.
