- Work and Rest Simultaneously... 'Godeok I-Park Dearban' in Spotlight
#Kim Mo (44) steps out onto the terrace every morning before starting work. He begins his day feeling refreshed while enjoying the unobstructed view of the Han River right before his eyes. After soaking in the scenery, he focuses on his work in his private space. When his mind becomes cluttered, he leaves his workspace to seek new inspiration. Strolling along the infinity edge that feels like facing the sky up close, or wandering through the expansive lawn plaza reminiscent of Central Park and the skywalk with views of the Han River, often sparks brilliant ideas. As the sunset approaches, the workspace transforms back into a healing space. Cooking his favorite meals in the shared kitchen and enjoying them against the backdrop of the Han River view is the time he looks forward to most each day. Occasionally, he invites friends to the private party room for gatherings or washes away the day's fatigue while gazing at the Han River shimmering in the sunset light from the infinity pool.

All of this is a very special lifestyle that can only be enjoyed at ‘Godeok I-Park Dearban’.
HDC Hyundai Development Company is introducing ‘Godeok I-Park Dearban’ in the Ilwon area of Gangdong-gu, Seoul (Godeok Gangil Public Housing District Distribution Block 1). It is planned as a ‘high-end life office’ where one can enjoy a distinguished healing experience with a Han River view.
The ‘high-end life office’ refers to a newly emerging concept of a complex cultural space. It allows for both work and rest simultaneously and includes private facilities such as restrooms, showers, and pantries to ensure privacy. Additionally, convenience facilities, cultural spaces, green areas, and shopping facilities are all available in one place. With a premium Han River view secured, ‘Godeok I-Park Dearban’ is attracting great interest from trendsetters seeking healing.
Notably, the interior features specialized designs. Various facilities such as an infinity pool with Han River views, family garden, terrace garden, observatory, sky pocket, and flying garden will be introduced to offer a distinguished sense of leisure and relaxation within the city. To maximize the Han River view, slanted window placements and individual terraces have been designed. Furthermore, from the infinity edge that feels like facing the sky directly, to the expansive lawn plaza reminiscent of Central Park, and the skywalk with Han River views, a new concept space that realizes true park life is planned.
Inside, public amenities will be created as spaces where healing and inspiration coexist. Amenities accessible to everyone, such as a bookstore, gallery, concierge, on-air studio, meeting rooms, and caf?, will be established to serve as a platform for the local community. Additionally, private amenities will be provided to complete a refined lifestyle. Private amenities will include shared kitchens, sofa lounges, desk zones, unmanned CVS, coin laundry, and private dining rooms, exclusively for office users.
Moreover, ‘Godeok I-Park Dearban’ is designed as a work-life balance park where work and life can be freely adjusted, creating a hybrid space where shopping, business, and culture coexist. It aims to be an urban park where nature and city coexist, with facilities allowing enjoyment of commerce, work, and culture in one place. The first large-scale IKEA store in Seoul (scheduled for 2024) has been confirmed, along with various shopping and cultural facilities such as E-Mart, multiplex cinemas, kids’ gyms, and electronics shops.
‘Godeok I-Park Dearban’ will be developed on approximately 301,337㎡, from six basement floors to 21 floors above ground. It will consist of sales facilities, sports facilities, cultural and assembly facilities, office facilities, and neighborhood living facilities, offering a total of 597 office units with exclusive areas ranging from 37 to 158㎡.
Meanwhile, ‘Godeok I-Park Dearban’ is currently constructing the ‘Dearban Gallery’ as a model house concept in the Ilwon area of Gangdong-gu, Seoul, scheduled to open in August. A site promotional center is also operating to allow visitors to experience the actual Han River view from the project site. The site promotional center is located in Gangdong-gu, Seoul.
