As KT’s existing nationwide representative numbers (1522, 1577, 1588, 1811, 1899) have been exhausted, the company has newly acquired the ‘1533’ nationwide representative number. With the launch of the new 1533 prefix nationwide representative number, businesses such as banks, card companies, logistics, finance, academies, and hospitals can apply for preferred numbers and use them as nationwide representative numbers.

KT’s nationwide representative number service connects calls made to a single number (1533-****) to pre-designated forwarding numbers such as headquarters or branch call centers. By using KT’s nationwide representative number, users can access AI big data services including basic call processing statistics, forwarding number management, and traffic analysis through the web page (bis.kt.co.kr).
