[Asia Economy Reporter Kim Suhwan] On Sunday the 1st, the whole country will be mostly cloudy with scattered showers in some areas.

Rain that started in the morning along the coast of Jeonnam, the west coast, and the mountainous areas of Gangwon will expand to other regions from the afternoon. Jeju Island will also experience light rain from morning until night.

Expected precipitation amounts are 20 to 70 mm in southern Gangwon (excluding the east coast), Chungcheong region, Jeolla region, inland Gyeongsang region, and Jeju Island, and 5 to 40 mm in the Seoul metropolitan area, central and northern Gangwon (excluding the east coast), and coastal Gyeongsang region.

Visibility will be reduced and roads may be slippery in areas with rain, so caution is advised for traffic safety.

Morning low temperatures are forecast to be between 23 and 27 degrees Celsius, and daytime highs between 29 and 34 degrees Celsius. Although temperatures will drop in some areas due to rain, high humidity will cause the perceived temperature to rise above 33 degrees Celsius in most regions.

Fine dust levels will be 'good' to 'moderate' across all regions due to smooth atmospheric dispersion and the effects of precipitation.

Sea waves will be 0.5 to 1.0 meters in the coastal waters of all seas. Offshore wave heights are expected to be 0.5 to 1.0 meters in the East Sea, 0.5 to 2.0 meters in the West Sea, and 0.5 to 2.0 meters in the South Sea.
